Structural

We provide on-site project and construction management solutions to ensure safe and reliable outcomes, no matter the job.

Our steel fabrication specialists ensure all equipment and structures are maintained and structurally sound, as well as provide structural remediation repairs in and around the CHPP to ensure compliance with structural audits.

Solid SMP can custom build handrails, stairways, and walkways, as well as undertake repairs and modifications.

Mechanical

Solid SMP is equipped to manage mechanical installations onsite with mechanical maintenance coordinators ready to solve your problems.

We provide maintenance planning and schedule development, as well as supply qualified and skilled tradespeople to perform boilermaking, fixed plant fitting, HME fitting, rigging and trade assistant work, including CHPP equipment lubrication and preventative maintenance.

We also supply diesel fitters for the maintenance of CAT equipment including dozers and loaders used in the daily operation of the CHPP and Train Load Out.

Piping

Solid SMP can design and fabricate on-site steel, stainless steel and poly piping systems for your project that meets all structural and safety requirements for mine site compliance.

We also provide recommendations on material selection to suit the required application.

Certified welding specialists can carry out onsite poly welding and we provide butt welding and electrofusion (up to 500mm).

For the tricky jobs and repairs, Solid SMP has poly extrusion welding capabilities.
